How do I use the guides?
Start with a city, compare the selected hotels and read each hotel’s suitability notes, cautions and transport information. Check the source and review date, then confirm the exact room and current conditions on the booking platform.
Who manages my booking?
Bookings, payments, cancellations and refunds are handled by the provider you booked with. Use the provider’s official support channel and your booking reference. DaoLeu cannot view or change your reservation.
How do I ask or answer a question?
Create an account or sign in using the links at the top of the page. Open a published hotel page and use Questions & answers. Open a question to read all replies or share an answer. Contributions are public and are not official statements from the hotel.
Why did a post disappear?
Administrators can hide inappropriate or irrelevant contributions. Hiding a question also hides its answers. Questions attached to an unpublished hotel are not publicly accessible. Avoid spam, promotional links, harassment and private personal information.
What if I cannot sign in?
Check the email and password you used when registering. After repeated attempts, wait before trying again. Self-service password reset and verification emails are not available in the current version. If a contact address is available below, contact the publisher without sending your password.
How do I report outdated information?
Send the page URL, the detail that appears incorrect and a reliable source if available. Include the relevant date or room type where it matters. Do not post sensitive account or booking information in public discussions.
